What are your in-store hours?

Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Sunday: 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Hours may vary on holidays, so please call ahead to confirm.

What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Facial services require at least 24 hours notice for changes or cancellations. Facials canceled or changed with less than 24 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee. Massage services do not have a cancellation fee, though 24 hours advance notice is appreciated.

How long do services usually take?

Massages are available in 60, 90, or 120 minutes. Couples massages are available in 60, 90, or 120 minutes. Lymphatic massages take 60 to 90 minutes. Facials range from 30 to 90 minutes. Our team can help you choose the ideal duration when booking.

Do you offer couples massages or couples facials?

Yes. Couples massages and couples facials allow two guests to enjoy side by side treatments in a calm and relaxing setting. These services are ideal for special occasions, date nights, or shared self care.

What facial services do you provide?

Our facial services include Glow and Go Mini Facials, Signature Relaxation Facial, Hydrating and Nourishing Facials, Clear and Calm Acne Relief Facials, Anti Aging Facials, Brightening and Oxygen Facials, and Soothing treatments for sensitive skin. All treatments are designed to restore balance, enhance radiance, and support healthy skin.

What skincare brands do you use for facials?

We use professional Korean skincare brands known for advanced formulations and visible results. These include Corthe, Dermathod, Beauty of Joseon, and KRX. We also use Skin Aqua sunscreen and natural ingredients like jojoba oil for hydration and protection.

Are your massage therapists and estheticians licensed?

Yes. All massage therapists and estheticians at Massage Now are fully licensed and professionally trained to ensure safe and high quality care.

What sanitation and safety practices do you follow?

We follow strict sanitation protocols, including thorough disinfection of treatment rooms, linens, and tools between every guest to maintain a clean and relaxing environment.

Do you require intake forms before my appointment?

Yes. All guests are required to complete a quick online intake form before arrival. A secure link is sent via text message and email so we can customize your service.
